File Requirements

To save time on your printing project, please save your files according to our file requirements. We can accept files in the following extensions.

Files must be submitted in print-ready, digital format.

Raster File Formats: PDF / JPG / PSD / EPS / TIFF / AI
Vector File Formats: PDF / EPS / AI
Fonts: Outlined or PostScript Type 1
Images: A minimum 300 dpi (dot per inch) in CMYK or Grayscale color mode.

Please keep templates in a separate layer from your artwork in the final file.

1/8″(.125”) Bleed and 1/16″(.0625”) Safety
An 1/8″ bleed is required on all files submitted. All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least 1/16″ inside the edge. Anything too close to the edge may be cut off during trimming.
Files that are not prepared will be subject to a $65 fee if we can make them print-ready. To avoid this fee, as well as production delays, please have your files prepared for output before uploading them.

When choosing the colors for your artwork, it’s important to note that they may look different on a real product than what you see on your computer monitor. Even if you have calibrated your monitor to a specific color profile, there are various factors that influence the final appearance of colors on a printed product. Because of this, we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%.

Our printers will convert your submitted print file from RGB to CMYK color space. This color conversion process changes the color gamut, or range of colors that can be expressed. You must be very cautious when using bright neon and pastel RGB values in your print files. Some examples include hot pinks, lime greens, construction orange, highlighter yellow, easter egg shades, etc.

If color accuracy is important to you, we suggest ordering our pre-made color swatcheson a sample product. You can use those swatches to decide which RGB values best compare to the desired results when printed on a physical product.
